Well found the problem. I was already at the dealership to get the seat checked because they made the deal to fix a small rip in the stitching. They are really not happy that its going to have to be replaced but they are standing behind the deal they made when I bought it.
Anyway they ran it through service department and the head tech noticed the sound and came over looked at it and said its the converters cracked on both sides. Getting replaced under warranty as soon as the parts come in.
Got a 23 loaner from the dealer while they put the new cats on and its doing the same thing! I see a new set of downpipes in the future so I don't have to deal with this.
Whatever you do, get your exhaust looked at by an independent company. My exhaust broke first by the resonator, no big deal. Just had it welded. Next my catalytic converter separated and the whole front pipe dropped on the road. Not cool
