Hey we were eventually wanting to buy new wheels and tires for our 25 explorer ST. We were going to wait until we needed new tires but we got a screw in the sidewall of one and it's unrepairable so here we are sooner than expected.
We want to go down to 20s. What have others gone with, size, offset ect. Pics would be great. Tia

I've started down this path as well, and I also decided to go with 20" wheels. I haven't purchased anything yet, but I started a thread and found some options.
If you go with a 20x10.50 wheel, you'll want a 30mm-35mm offset. And you want a tire size of 295/45/20. You should be good to go.

Here's my thread: https://www.explorerst.org/threads/wheels-tires-am-i-good-to-go.9161/#post-115082

Perfect thank you I have been searching the forum and hadn't found anything so I appreciate the response. I was wanting to go with something like a 20 x 10 35mm offset but a tire size 275/50x20 I want the flush look I don't want them poking out

Sounds good, I see people running up to 315 wide.

I'm going with at least a 295 to get a wider look. Our stock 275 is a little skinny in my opinion.

I've heard that. I'm sure it looks good I just don't want anything too aggressive. Id love to see pics if anyone has 20s. The rim search is the hardest

A 20x10.5 in. wheel with +30-+35 offset is the best wrapped in a 295/45r20.
