First results: factory fill was pulled out at 1200 miles. Currently using Valvoline 5W-30; it will be changed and analyzed after 5,000 miles. I'll keep updating as I go.

Next update. I switched to SD because I have more confidence in their results than Blackstone's. Will run another at the next oil change to see if a couple of things reduce. If Silicon and Fuel come down but the Valvoline still loses Viscosity, I may swap oils. UOA 1.jpg

Looks like it is shearing down to a 20 grade. Being tuned, I would use a 40W moving forward.

Since his eval attributed it to new engine fuel dilution and silicon, I am going to give it one more go and see what happens before I make any changes. Get an idea of what 6700 miles to 11,700 miles looks like. Especially if the fuel dilution stays up. This does not really idle a lot, with a 75/25 ratio of hwy to city miles.

If you must use a 30W, Mobil 1 ESP 0W-30. I'm still a Euro 40W guy.
