Updating sync to the latest version of a home Wi-Fi

I just started having the exact same issue a month ago. Additionally, the touch screen beep gets toggled to on. I took it to dealership and after 2 full days, they said the APIM was fine, but that there might be a loose wire in the dash (which they wanted to tear apart and I said no). Interested to know if yours ever got resolved. Honestly shocked that in this day and age a dealership cannot definitively figure out issues.

I have a ‘22 ST that I purchased used back in September. Knock on wood but for the most part my Sync seems to work fine. I don’t think it’s ever any software updates. I’ve kinda followed a few threads on here detailing some of the nightmares after getting updates over time. I’ve been wondering if I should do an update or not?? Any thoughts??
