If you haven't seen it yet, our TuneX Performance Module is a Plug and Play device that operates like a "piggyback" module, but comes loaded with vehicle specific maps to ensure safe, reliable performance increases on your ST. This is an ideal power upgrade for those who still have warranty or are concerned with the flashing process of custom tuning.
The TuneX comes loaded with 7 Maps designed, again, specifically for the Explorer ST, and with each level, you'll notice a more aggressive power delivery, with Map 1 being an Eco-focused map for more MPG and Map 7 being a super-aggressive, race map. Although I've found myself using map 7 more than not... lol. The best part though, in my opinion, is that the maps can be switched on the fly with your phone via the app provided with the kit. No, the app doesn't cost extra and you don't have to pay for a subscription, but it is limited to simply changing maps and customizing each map. No vehicle parameters or anything like that can be shown. Although, the simplicity keeps things running smoothly and without any fault.
On Map 7, we've seen gains upwards of 51hp and 88 ft-lbs of torque, which you will certainly feel.
Right now, they're 20% off, making these a pretty big bang for the buck, unless you're already going the custom tuned route.
They're available for all Explorer ST's, including all years from 2020+. Just make sure to select your model year in the dropdown
