Stock tire sounds dampening foam came unglued

Just curious if anyone has experienced this. 2020 stock ST 46k miles. Had lionhearts 295/40/R20 installed today. When they removed the old tires they found the attached in the 2 front tires. This explains the very unpleasant ride. Unfortunately found both front CV boots are torn.

Are you a DIY'er? Simplist way is to buy two new front axles and swap them. Will also need some front differential oil to top off after spillage on the passenger side.
