Well, it's official at 67k motor completely trashed.
Ford made the dealer take motor apart as it locked up and found that 3 different rod bearings were spun.
Tuned on E50 for 50k miles and already replaced one turbo at 64k.
I believe that the motor was low on oil as I hadn't checked in recent months (2 months)
All in cost me 5200k and Ford paid 4500k
New motor and the previously replaced turbo came with a 2yr warranty, unlimited miles, and hopefully this will be a selling point should I decide to replace it.

MOST expensive car repairs I have ever paid, not sure if I can trust Ford for future purchases.
None of my other Fords (1st gen Lighting, fox body mustangs) had problems like this and those had mods as well.

Anyways buyers beware, learn from these mistakes.

Yeah don't run them low on oil! Been a rash of people sending me logs with 30 psi of oil pressure until 60 mph... gotta check those levels often.

I usually check, but I guess the one time I didnt this was the result!
This platform is so temperamental, I think the cars run too close to thier limit to last the test of time.
With that said it is a fun platform to get high 11 second times out of a 4500lb car.

How much were you losing on average? Seems like a "normal" amount is 1qt every 3-5k miles which seems like a ton.

I'll have to check with Adam at ZFG when I submit my next 3rd gear romp and 0-60 run and see what he is seeing. I'm running 1/2qt over fill.
