A good shop would have loosened and centered your front subframe. It’s super easy to do but they’d rather sell you parts.
First I’m hearing that as an option. To be fair, they didn’t try to sell me parts. They explained how there wasn’t an adjustment option on the struts/control arms and that their alignment database for the Explorer ST does not give an option for camber adjustment. I’ve been in for multiple alignments. I explained to them how to do rear camber a while back the first time I took it in, but front they claim is unadjustable. Guy spent like an hour on it trying his best last time I was there. They told me I’m going to need something that allows adjustment. I bought the SPC front camber bolts off Steeda because I want my front camber to match. Just came in the mail yesterday.
They’ve never seemed to rush my alignment or sell me parts, just genuinely didn’t know that was an option I guess. I will present that to them the next time I go in, because these camber bolts say they’re at least an hour of install time..
