Rear wiper not working

Hi all, I’m at a loss and need advice. The rear windshield wiper stopped working on my 2023 explorer ST line and I replaced the wiper motor and the switch module on the steering column and it’s still not working? Any ideas what else it could be?

Maybe a bad fuse.

Tested the fuse too and it’s good
