RDS receiving problem

Anyone have any idea why our radio won't receive RDS signal on FM radio stations. It won't display the song title or artist.

Only on certain stations.

Traded in 2016 Platinum Explorer for 2020 ST Explorer. 2016 radio displayed artist and title from our local FM station just fine. Also have 2019 F350 sitting in the driveway and its radio also displays artist and title - same time, same station but 2020 ST won't. Hoping it was a setting in the menu somewhere.

I can't seem to find anyway to enable or disable either. I remember on my Focus with the Sync 3 it's under Settings > Radio and enable Radio Text. On the Explorer the Settings are different.
