Random Front End Vibration in Cold Weather

I have a '21 ST, 125k miles, that has had a front end vibration since new, but primarily when cold, let's say below 40. Initially I thought it was the noise deadening inside the OEM tires. Once the tires were replaced, the issue continued, but again, only when cold. Starts around 15mph, clears up either when car is warm, or around 60mph, not 100% sure which. Feels like it's in the drivers side. At 55k miles I installed lower springs, didn't get better or worse.

Now, four years later, still happens. Finally, dealership was able to "recreate" the issue... said it was the axles, wouldn't cover them with the warranty. While doubtful, I knew the axles had been problematic for plenty of others so I replaced them. The issue was good for a few miles, but it came back within a couple weeks.

I've inspected the control arms, ball joints, tie rod ends... nothing is visibly warn. Didn't notice anything odd about the hubs when I replaced the axles. No slop in the front wheels at 3&9 or 6&12.

I'm at a loss, any thoughts on what could be causing this vibration while driving?
