Radio Not Working After Update

Has anyone else experienced issues with their radio after the latest update? Mine keeps showing it’s connected to a phone call from my own phone and when I hit the disconnect button, nothing happens. Also, my wireless CarPlay adapter isn’t working right either. It shows the right screen but when I hit the play button it won’t switch from SiriusXM like it used to. It shows it’s playing but there’s no sound. I tried doing a reset but that didn’t do anything. Also tried unpairing my phone and repairing but, that didn’t do anything either. I even tried a wired connection but, it still wouldn’t work! Any suggestions as I’m scratching my head over hear

I held the power button and the next button until it rebooted. I'll search for how to do a full reset.

There is definately something going on and I don't know if it has to do with my iPhone or the radio itself. The power button, previous and next buttons don't work. When I turn up the volume, it displays "Voice Volume" instead of "Audio Volume". Also, if I switch from CarPlay to SirusXM, the song that was playing from Apple Music will keep playing. I can't hear it but it shows it playing on the screen. The other thing it's doing is, once in a while it will show that I have an active call from my own phone! Then it freezes up. Hitting the "End Call" does nothing. Why can't they just leave shit alone when it works fine?
