Radio not turning on when starting SUV with app

If this is already posted somewhere please forgive me ;) When my wife uses the app to start the SUV the radio refuses to work. Can't turn it on, can't do anything. Anyone else having this issue? 2021 with the latest version for sync

Yes, this happens to my wife also. Seems to happen in the morning at times. We have a 2020 ST.

This used to happen to me a lot in the first few months of ownership but hasn't happened lately knock on wood! I've had the ST since December 2019.

Happened to me along with the screen glitching and cutting off epecially when it is cold. Took it to the dealer and they are swapping out my enitre head unit. Have my appt this week.
