what is the part number for PIU sway bar and what’s needed to change?

You can look it up right from the Ford Parts site, or do a search. It’s been brought up many times. If you don’t want a rusted out aftermarket bar, the PIU version is the way to go.

I’ve had a Steeda bar on since their very first run that looks as good as the day I installed it. Insinuating they will all rust is misleading at best.

Ditto. I also live in a state with a lot of snow, plows and deicing. Mine's as blue as the day I put it on.

Nothing misleading at all. Steeda knows there are issues. Look at the pic I posted on the first page. If you powder coat a suspension part that will flex/twist/bend, the powder coating will crack and eventually flake off. To each his own.

They had a run with bad coating. The VAST majority have never had an issue.

Just want to note that I replaced what I think are the factory rear shocks on my '20, at 65k miles. Put on the PIU. Definitely feels way better in every way, but I don't know how much of a factor it is with them just being new. It seems to bounce less over road bumps and other bumps in the road, and seems to take turns a little sharper. I'm happy.
