Any 2020+ Explorer 3.0L catch can fits. I don’t think any catch can is CARB certified. I wouldn’t worry about a catch can though, not a huge deal.

I have a J&L catch can on my ST. I love how it is a purpose designed kit with the proper hose lengths, fittings, and mounting kit for the ST. It certainly does its job well judging from the oil i've drained from it that did not get into the intake tract.

I didn't check all options but Whoosh Motorsports shipped my J&L to SoCal, no questions asked. As was already mentioned, whatever option you go with is not going to be CARB approved. I saved my original hose to re-install if I need warranty work or when it hits the 8 year mark and needs a smog check. It won't affect smog, just the visual part of the inspection.

Whoosh is based in Las Vegas, so worse case OP takes a little drive to get it if there in SoCal. That’d probably be a little too much work for a catch can to me though :)
