OEM cross bar bolt size

I'm guessing that an unauthorized individual tried to remove my OEM crossbars at some point, because the security torx heads are stripped.

I can't find the part number for just the bolt. Does anyone know if you can buy just the bolts? Or know the thread size and length?

I'll need to use some unconventional methods to remove the damaged ones. Any tips?
