I have a 2020 ford explorer st least then 60000 miles on it. Took and got a new battery when it said battery need to be replaced that was 300. Still was happening waking up to battery died brought a alternator which was 600. They said it a recall on a battery drain but they said my explorer don't have the recall. So should I get it fix or get rid of it?

Should have gotten a cigarette port plug-in voltage reader to see what the voltages are when running. Sounds now like it was more parasitic drain rather than battery or alternator problem. There is a TSB for 2020 Explorers about frequent deep sleeps. The solution was to update a bunch of modules. If you haven't had this done, I would seriously recommend it. I would also recommend changing battery state of charge target from 80% to 90%. You can do that via Forscan. For now, I'd use a battery tender whenever possible.
