Mechanic help 2020 ford explorer st

Good evening. I have a 2020 ford explorer ST and im getting dash notifications pre collision assist not available, 4wd fault service required, service advance trac. Also I can’t shift to different modes while driving. I’m located in Orange County NY, and need a good mechanic that can help me out with this. I don’t mind traveling to NJ or PA. Thank you very much

AWD module seems to be the common issue.

I was reading into what you said, and I believe that might be it. It has all the same lights on the dashboard as when that module goes bad.
