Lethal Performance or buy direct?

Hey all,

Been shopping exhaust systems and I'm just curious if there's any benefit to buying from Lethal Performance rather than directly from Thermal or MBRP for example? The prices are relatively the same, but I have read some not so great things about people receiving their parts damaged or missing items when ordering from Lethal Performance.

Lethal Performance has great costumer service, if the parts got damaged or missing they’d rectify it. Having said that, order from the Thermal website and use TYLERCLARK code, that’ll be the cheapest.

So two months ago I ordered a Steeda Strut Tower Brace from Lethal Performance, and after a week it still hadn't been shipped. So I called LP, and no response. So I called Steeda up and they said they had just received the order and wound up shipping it that day with 2-day delivery. Other than that my other LP order had no hiccups. I order direct now!
