What is this for ? is it easy to fix ?
Purge valve. It’s covered under the 8 year/80k mile emissions warranty.

Also got this code yesterday. @Silver spruce ST did you get yours fixed?

Mine worries me because the exhaust has been pretty smelly, lots of gunk buildup on the exhaust tips, and I have slow starts. I don't know what's connected of course.

not really. I had the ford performance tune for many months, but it's been back to factory for the last month.

I scheduled a service appointment for next Friday, and based on another thread it sounds like this is a common evap canister issue. I'm also going to replace my spark plugs with NGK Ruthenium, as the forum has said these are the best. I'm at 67k on what I assume are original plugs (bought the ST used at 33k miles).
