How hard is it to replace the front bumper lower Molding?

Hit a rock and have to replace this part :
LB5Z-8419-BA

How hard is it to replace it by my own? Can i do it in place, or have to remove complete front bumper? Any special tool needed ?

Remove the belly pan and you can reach in and undo everything. If you mean the shiny black piece it just snaps on.
