Picked up a black 2025 ST last week for the wife as a present for our 30th anniversary next month and have it tucked away in a friends garage.
Will be her nice weather daily(has a 22 Rubicon too, for bad weather), and our vehicle when we are together(church,dinner,etc).

Have been spending HOURS a day trying to figure how and when to build this thing, and every time I think I have it figured out, i see/read something else!!!
From what tune to use(Liv/Goose/ZFG), how long should I wait, to do I do downpipes or not.
Then when all figured out, who to buy from. Direct,Performance SUV,lethal, etc again!

Plan on keeping long term, and will change oil after first 500 miles as well.
Definitely getting rear diff fix, and VCF intercooler ASAP once I can figure where to buy.
I think some places offer package deals.
Planning on:
Tune-???
Intercooler VCF with the extra pipes
Exhaust- thermal 2.5/3.0 or AWE
Downpipes- not 100% sure yet but leaning. FF if I do.
Intake- again not sure. FF if so.
Few cosmetic ST things.

ZFG for tuning. CVF is a great choice for both intercooler and downpipes. Intake, the new Houston Speed Freaks unit for the win. For the diff brace, ID-Speed. I’ll include my modding guide, which should help you along the build process:
