heat vent issue after back up camera recall refresh

We recently took our '21 Explorer ST in for the back up warranty recall. When we leave the dealership, we notice the air blend is stuck on one position. It will not change when pressed on the screen/tablet. Anyone else ever experienced something like this or similar? I can't imagine it's the actuator, which is what dealership wants me to believe.

Help anyone?
