So there are the hangers with the exhaust on them. I started my car this morning and I didn’t notice the metal part rubbing on the hanger at all but that could change as the exhaust heats up?

When I had the Gibson, I had a drone at that RPM. It was especially notable at highway speed giving light throttle to maintain speed. I checked everywhere for any signs of rubbing or leak and could not find any. It was annoying enough to scrap the whole axleback.

FENG isn't really noticeable with light throttle. In any case, I had disable it on my 2020 ST, so I knew it wasn't the reason.
Did you go back to stock or switch to another exhaust?

Stock mufflers with 4" black tips, MRT H-Pipe. I liked it a lot. That ST was totalled though and now have a 2026 ST that is stock with 4" tips for now.
