I know its not the ST but I've had them on my 370Z for about 7-8 years with no issues. You can even do custom spring rates, at least that was an option on my Z back then.

How does Z ride? is it more compliant, better and soaking up the sharp bumps compared to stock? I had a 2009 370Z and I felt is was bit harsh similar to the ST.

I have my dampers about 8 clicks in, if I remember correctly I think you get 12 or 15 points of adjustment? its pretty firm so if I do hit something my wheels aren't slamming into my fenders lol, but it is a very comfortable ride, I'm pretty flush to the edge of the fender as is. Mine is also an 09. Basically you can control the "harshness" to your liking, going to be a little trial and error on the ST though. we are comparing a 3000lb sports car to a 5000lb SUV lol.

I’ve heard they’re just cheap parts. A couple people have had problems with them. Can’t lower it more then Eibach lowering springs would anyway, and it isn’t going to ride better.
