Ford update issues

This would be the 2nd time since I have owned the vehicle that this has happen. I go out to the car and my settings have change for the lane changing turns on. The time goes to military. and the side mirrors auto fold turn off. Is this the car updating and it forgetting my settings or is this something else

• Check Your Update History: Go to your center touchscreen and select Settings > System Updates > Update History. Look at the date it last updated. If it aligns perfectly with the morning your settings wiped, an OTA update caused the glitch. [1]
• Turn Off "Automatic Updates": If you want absolute control over when your vehicle resets, go to the System Updates screen and turn toggle Automatic Updates to OFF. This forces the car to wait for your permission before installing patches overnight, giving you a heads-up that settings might revert.
