Ford Performance Tune and 87 Octane Fuel

Sorry if this is a little stale…I just don’t have the energy to dig thru the whole history. With gas $$ the way it is these days I run 87 in mine. Any idea how big a HP/lb-ft hit I might be taking??

I have no data but with a factory tune on 87 I'd guess -20hp vs 91.

I'm really loving my Gearhead E50 tunes with the price of gas these days. About the only good thing in Illinois is that E85 is everywhere, and cheap!
Ex: 93 octane today for 4.85 gallon E85 for 2.85 gallon. 50/50 mix gives me an average of 3.85 gallon for 100 octane fuel! Can't beat that.
