I am Chuck, I want to first say that I don't have an ST. I have a 2023 XLT with the sport appearance package. I have done a lot of work to it though, Steeda sway bars, end links, strut tower brace, diff brace, Eibach springs, PIU shocks and struts, K&N intake, Intercooler, SPD downpipe, Borla S type exhaust, MRT hood struts, Spoiler King spoiler, Zeus 3D hitch cover. Next up is Stance SF10 wheels, GT350 brake upgrade, Stage 4 turbo and tune from Ryan Martin. Might even switch to the Viking rear shocks.

Id be very interested to see the results when your done with all the big mods, I havent heard of anyone doing upgraded turbos on a Explorer 2.3L, so it would be neat to see the results.
