I was looking online and see that Flowmaster makes a bolt on exhaust for the Explorer ST as well, just wondered if anyone had tried it or had any thoughts on it?
I would like to put an exhaust system on my 2021 ST but don't want anything loud and obnoxious, just something to give it a little more volume and different sound than it has stock.

Well regarded as a droning POS. There’s a reason nobody runs it.

Suggestions for bolt on non-droning system that's not crazy loud?

Thermal R&D 2.5” system.
Borla S but it relations the problematic oem flex pipes. I’d consider adding aftermarket mid-pipes to that kit.
Keep factory downpipes to keep it quiet.
OR…since no exhaust adds any power, add aftermarket high flow catted downpipes to the factory system and actually get 20ish HP if you tune the car. Throw on four 4” aftermarket exhaust tips and you’ll have a little more sound and 95% of the looks of an aftermarket system for a lot less money.

So if you went with the Thermal R&D 2.5 System it would have everything needed to take care of the flex pipe issues as well as being a little louder with the nicer tips?

That’s correct.
