I’m new around here and had a ‘22 delivered to me on Wednesday (odd option combo I wanted so had it shipped), got plates Thursday at noon and was on the road to go camping by Friday at noon. I was driving an Ecoboost Flex prior this which is important here as it has the same lug nut size as my camper. That’s an important detail… So I loaded the family and all the stuff up for a weekend in the mountains. About 75% of the way there I blew a trailer tire. Total shit show. Got it off to a safe place, unloaded most of my stuff and remembered I didn’t yet grab by nice breaker bar out of the Flex. Meaning I didn’t have the correct size lug wrench! Oh fun! So I had to load all the stuff back in, leave the trailer on the side of the road, drive back to the nearest town with a hardware store, but a wrench, go back to change tire, rehook the trailer and get back on the road. Turned a 2 hour trip into a 3.5 hour trip. But as you see in the pictures below it’s all worth it in the end! Fingers crossed the trip home is less exciting!
