EGT - Range

Just curious, after some searching, no one really seems concerned or even mentions the range of normalcy with EGT's on our ST's. Does anyone really know what the normal range is and what is considered dangerously high? I know google has an answer, but what does the forum say?

I didn’t worry with 1000+ HP diesels making 100+ lbs of boost and 2000° or more…not gonna worry about it with this car either.
