Change ST Line to see ST display when opening door?

Hello,

I seen in older models where you could enter some kind of test mode or something where you can alter the theme of the display to show ST theme. Does anyone know how to do that please?

Holding the specific buttons to enter test mode and setting the screen to use the ST or Lincoln interface only lasts till you restart the vehicle and then has to be repeated. I do not believe there is a way to change it permanently.
