Upgrading the factory door speakers. Has anyone disconnected the center dash speaker ? What all has to be removed to get to the harness plug ?

That was ez ........... Center grill is snap in/snap out. Remove speaker, unplug. :LOL:

Speaker is 3.5 dia. Ordered a JBL replacement today on Amazon.

Did you replace door speakers as well?
