Does anyone else have the phone call drop or gargle whole connected to sync?

Also noticed the iPhone 12 Pro Max does not line up correctly?

I have not had any connection issues with my previous XR or my 12. HOWEVER ... The charging pad which worked perfectly with the XR since the day we test drove it back in June, will not remain reliably connected or even functional with the 12 (non-Max). I did submit a bug report with Apple as I'm pretty sure it's either a hardware or iOS 14 issue.

Oh boy, I have a XS Max now and it works flawlessly. I was thinking of getting the 12 pro max but I guess I will wait for this issue to be resolved.

I have the 12 Pro Max and with the Apple Leather case it doesn’t fit on the charging pad.

the leather case is a little bulky, did you try with the otterbox case?

I have the note 10 and it does not fit with the case either.
