Activate used FOB with Forescan?

Hello All -bought a used, refurbished ST FOB for my 22 ST. I cannot get it programmed from all of the searches i have found on facebook forms and other goggle sites. If you know the exact way please let me know. BUT can you use Forescan to program the FOB? . I have the 2 Admin keys car came with (i just bought the 22 ST used with 40k miles) . Wanted to get a 3rd key for backup. I just cant get it to recognize for adding the 3rd no matter what i tried. thank you! Ron - SC

I don't think you can do it your self. I would check with a locksmith that does motor vehicle keys.

Nope, can’t use Forscan.
