I have Ford explorer St 2022.
Recently, I had a problem after a weak battery. I recharged from a friend's car. Suddenly, a malfunction occurred in the brake system ABS, as several warning signs appeared on the instrument panel and the brakes were lost. When I did a comprehensive check, nothing was found in the brake system or its control unit ABS, but the warning signs were still active and the brakes were lost. After that, I disconnected the negative battery terminal for a few minutes, then restarted it. All the warning signs disappeared and the brakes were activated again. I drove the car for three days and everything was normal, then the same problem returned: the warning signs appeared and the brakes were lost, but this time for longer periods. Even after reconnecting the battery and reprogramming, things remained the same, and the fault scanner did not register any faults in the brake control unit ABS. I don't know exactly what happened because there are no fault codes.
and no any problem with CAN bus,
A confusing and unclear situation. Please help me with a solution to this problem. Screenshot_2025-08-19-07-29-40-695_com.miui.mediaviewer.jpg

Weak voltage can give you strange problems. Good chance your battery needs to be replaced if it was dead or near dead. I would start there before diving into the abs system

Wondering what scan tool also. If possible, use Forscan or Forscan Lite. I bet there will be an ABS related DTC in that.

If the ABS light is on, there should be DTC's in the ABS module. You will need a higher-end scan tool, or ForScan to pull module DTC's as your basic OBD2 scanner can only pull DTC's from the PCM. Given that the ABS light is on, i would expect to see codes.

If you can post those codes, it would be helpful

I had to go online and pay to download the Ford ABS software to my basic scanner, I also use ForeScan which is a lot better.

I use forscan, I have checked more than once and no code appears in it, even though it has lost its function and all warnings are present on IPC

That code refers to a communication issue between the PCM and ABS modules. I'd reset the DTC (sounds like you did this) and see if it comes back with all the warning.

What the issue is will take some troubleshooting. Could be a short in the wiring, corrosion in one of the connectors, unplugged harness, etc. Unfortunately I can't really suggest any areas to check.

You didn't happen to move or unplug anything anywhere on the vehicle prior to this issue occurring?
