9 – Fits and tantrums will get you NOTHING. Stop wasting your time.

10 – YOU put yourself here. YOU need to fix YOU.

I saw this the other day and realized this was one of the things my father tried to teach me.

When to leave things unsaid:
When the person is not ready to receive feedback
When it won't make a difference
When it can hurt someone unnecessarily
When there is an alternative
When it goes against the boundaries the person has set
When it will make things worse
When we don't know the person or situation well enough
When speaking is motivated by revenge
