Looking to install the following on the 2020 ST

Asanti ABL-30 20x9 +35
Toyo Proxies 285/50/20

Suspension is stock. Anybody have something similar?

I’ve seen 20x9.5 +33 on 285/50/20 that works. Not sure how my setup varies on fitment.

Any input is appreciated.

Should be no issues. I had 22x9 with +40mm offset and 275/40/22 with no issues.

Do you think it would be smarter to go with a 275/50/20 instead of the 285/50/20?

Stock size on the 275/45/21 is D-30.74 x W-10.83 with +37.5. If I go with 275/50/20 it makes it D-30.83 x W-10.83 with +35.

Either size will work.. There are more choices in the 285/50/20 size... But Toyo Proxes are nice for the price in the 275/50/20

No issues here. That's my same fitment you quoted. Go for it. 9" is on the narrower side for a 285 but it will work.

I think I’m gonna with 275/50/20 since it’s the closest to the stock spec.

The difference is minuscule. There would be no reason to go closer to stock wheel.

If you’re going to the expense of aftermarket…why the narrow wheel and tire? 10” should be minimum on these cars…anything less looks like a bicycle tire on there.

I am going 20x9 purely for cost savings. Was able to get wheels and tires for the price it would cost to put new rubber on the stock 21s. So, next time I need tires, I’m going to save damn near 1000 dollars.

that being said, I am curious on people’s tire choice. I used willtheyfit and that lead me to a 265/50 to match the stock ride as closely as possible.

should also note I have spacers too.
