Ryan’s 2026 Explorer ST is officially dialed in and making serious power on E85!
611 AWHP and 590 FT-LBS to be exact!

Earlier this week, @Ryan Chiodo dropped his ST off at Nostrum High Performance for a full Stage X fuel system install so we could take full advantage of E85. We took over for the custom calibration, and the jump in power is incredible.
Here is the hardware setup:

Nostrum Stage X Fuel System & Ethanol Sensor
CVF Downpipes
3" Thermal Exhaust
CVF Hot & Cold Charge Air Pipes
CT Fab Intake
Whipple Intercooler

The Dyno Results

Anyone have a rundown on everything I'll need to buy for the E85 tune. I already have a 93 tune, so I'd just have to buy the E85 version, but what other parts do I need?

If you're going to keep your stock turbos then you'll just need a nostrum stage 2 fuel system, if you want to upgrade turbos down the road then I recommend going with this phone which is the stagex with the Goliath high pressure fuel pump and stage 3 injectors.

Stock turbo's? Some very strong numbers. Might be wrong but I dont recall any pre 25 ST's making above 580whp on stock turbos
