Greetings All,
Excited to get this new Explorer up to my expectations soon or as some of us can attest too as funds become available. This is my second Explorer as I'm coming from a 2022 Platinum that I traded in for this one. I'm working through some of the nuances that are different between the two and finding some things are better some are not. I looked at the '26 at the dealership and found that I liked the standard features of the '25 better. I find that BlueCruise is a bit nerving right now, being from the "older generation" giving up control is not comfortable. I have found that in some places, the car will turn into another lane unexpectedly and I'm trying to figure out if it's the road conditions with old construction markings [yellow lines erased] or sunlight interference. Lastly, I can't seem to listen to my texts, but I'll figure it out. If any local guys see me around, please stop me for a chat.....I'm running Amber DRL's

Does the new Bluecruise have automatic lane changing? Or maybe it’s just Vegas’s normal sunbleached roads that are confusing it. Welcome to the forum and congrats on the upgrade!

My 2026 Bluecruise has automatic lane changing. I turned it off after it did 3 lane changes in the span of 2 minutes for no obvious benefit... should have just followed the car ahead.

@Ifixraptors :
1)Welcome Aboard and Congrats on your purchase
2) You came to right place for all things EXPLORER ST
3) In case you didn't see the notice in the mound of paperwork what came with your ST, Ford has a really good ST SUV Driving Experience in Utah and North Carolina to teach you about your vehicle. It is not quite the same as the Raptor School out in the desert but really good nonetheless.
