It's unacceptable. Won't be purchasing an Explorer until they do a re-fresh.
dunno, sometimes refresh can be ugly or they add tech you dont want or remove good ideas for cheaper production

Possible.

But I would still consider a refreshed option if it wasn't too ugly, but the interior improvements were significant.

One thing I can't stand is the vertical screens in the Ram 1500, Ford Expedition (15.5 in screens), etc. They don't integrate well and at the end of the day, my interaction with the interior of the car will matter more than the exterior.
