Yea , cutting the lugs isnt the worse thing in the world to do ! You can always knock the ones you cut out and put new lugs in if you change you rims..
I’m aware. I was just saying it’s 1” or less, not “under 1”” like you posted to clarify for people tha may not know.

I bought two Eibach 30mm spacers to check fitment, back looks good but the front sticks out a little more than I want.
If I trim 5mm from the front studs and put 1 inch spacers in, will I need to replace the studs if the spacers are removed later?

All factory ST wheels will clear with the 30mm spacers.

Yes, 30mm will fit and 25.4mm (1 inch) will need 5 mm cut off the studs.
Will I need to replace the studs if I remove the 1 inch spacers for different rims with the correct offset?

My question is, why not run the 30mm on all 4 corners where they will fit just fine and not worry about cutting the studs at all?

They fit, but the front sticks out more than I want it to. I think moving the front tires 5mm in would look better, but if I have to replace the studs when the spacers are removed in the near future, I may just get two more 30mm spacers.
So my question is.. do I need to replace the studs if the 1 inch spacers are removed?

That will depend on the hub thickness of your wheel. If you get 10 full threads of engagement, you’ll be good. Anything less and I’d swap them.

Can confirm.. that with 1" spacers up front and using the 2025 OEM "Star" wheels..even though they have a small depression where the cars studs fit in.. I still had to cut off ~1/4 in as the face wher ethe wheel and spacer come together had about a 1/8" gap.. takes about 1min to cut each stud... it went pretty quick

I shaved my front studs about 1/4 or less to avoid the studs digging into the rim. Drove it for 10K miles not problem. Went to rotate my tires, and the stud broke when tightening the lug back on. Come to find out, one lug is $48 at the dealer and not much cheaper online. My question is, are the 2024 lugs/studs compatible with the 2025s? The dealer couldn't give me the specs but online it says the 2025 is M14 x 1.5 thread size. Is it safe to get the 2024s, as I can find these in stock locally, however, they're still very expensive per stud.

They would be the same size.
