If you can show that the flex pipe was not impacted by your aftermarket exhaust, they should warranty it.

Does anyone know the specs on the PIU brakes? Is it just the ST performance brakes without the fancy calipers?

The PIUs have different headlights - they have integrated, or provisions for integrated red / blue warning lights as well as different color DRLs, they do not have white DLRs, only amber.

The rattle is a recall item, I had mine replaced by the dealership.

What kind of lock cylinder is it? Does it look like you can remove/replace it? I know enough about locks and bypassing locks to know that if this comes from Ford, it is probably a crap tubular cylinder, and would definitely replace it.

A few days ago I turned on the AC and set it at 70...and it was HOT. I turned the fan all the way up, and hot air. I let it run for a minute or so just to see what happened...nothing but hot. I had to bring the temp down into the mid 60s before it started to get cold, I then brought it back up...

I recall reading somewhere that removing some of the badges on the STs are a pain in the ass. Has anyone encountered this? I am looking to remove all of the badges/lettering minus the ovals...just want to know what I am getting myself into and if anyone has had success with any particular method.

On any given day I use windows, OSx and some flavor of linux. I believe in high-quality multiuse hardware...my daily driver laptop is a higher-end Lenovo business laptop. They are rugged (ish), have lots of hardware capabilities (NFC, smartcard reader, lots of ports...) and since it is a "yoga"...

Both flexpipes replaced by the dealership, no noise, no shudder, problem solved.

My old work trucks had Michelin run flats, I never heard of a single vehicle having an issue with them anywhere they were used. I think I am going to stick with 20s

I was actually looking at tires / wheels using your size as a reference, but I think I am going a little smaller

The dealership is linking the shudder to the disintegrating flexpipe. If the Thermal replaced them, I would look at suspension components next. This is inherent to 1st model year vehicles...just like buying brand-new technology...comes with the territory.

Ford is replacing it for me as we speak under warranty.
