The dreaded cup holder issue stuck!

I just had this happen and my key fob fell in to boot. Looks like I'll be taking it to the dealer tomorrow morning.

    What Color is your ST?

Forged Green. I replaced my Agate black 2020 ST. .

    Window Not Working - 2022

I brought it to the dealer and they went and robbed a switch from a new one off the lot. I went to their drive-in service department and one of the shop foremen changed it out. I'm pretty happy that the dealer did that for me.

    Window Not Working - 2022

My rear passenger side window is stuck down now. Makes a click but is stuck. At the dealership, the shop foreman is trying to at least get the window closed. This sucks...

What is missing on the 2022 ST from factory

The power mechanism was glitchy, sometimes you'd press the button and it would go all the way forward and the backrest would fold properly, next time it would move 3 inches and the backrest would barely move. Sometimes it was smooth, usually it was jerky. With the manual latch, you have...

What is missing on the 2022 ST from factory

The 2nd row seats used to be motorized to roll forward as well, they are now manual but that may actually be an improvement. The other noteworthy thing is that my 2022 wheel hops on the odd brake torque launch, the 2020 never did.

    X-Plan Family and Friends

That's great if your dealer will even give you either of those programs right now. It was a no-go for X-plan when I just got mine a month ago.

    295/35/21. Anyone try?

With the 35 aspect ratio, that tire is going to bulge on a 9" wide rim. A 295/40 would be a better choice if you want to use the stock wheels but still is a bit wide for a 9" wheel.

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

I may have missed it but for the people that did have to get this fixed, did they do the 2 rear bolt subframe? If they did, it makes me want to break mine to get the proper fix rather than getting an upgraded bolt.

New Gibson axle-back kit in the works

Exhaust shops always seem to say that. Then they always tell you how they could have built a better system for less money and try and sell you some off-brand flowmaster clones from the 90's and pep-boys exhaust tips. They probably eyeballed the cut rather than measuring it.

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

How so? Chrysler told owners that there would be no change in performance or driveability with the updated PCM flash. That was not the case and it took a lawsuit to acknowledge it. Until this update is out there and tested, I'll stay skeptical.

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

The Dodge Ram Ecodiesel guys all got a huge downgrade tune when fiat Chrysler fell afoul with the EPA. It took a class action lawsuit for the owners to be compensated. This is why many of us are skeptical about the "PCM flash"

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

I'm going to do a few dragy hits before and after the PCM "Update" so that I have some data. I'll do a before and after data log as well and compare some parameters as well with one of my SCT devices I have for my other vehicles. I'm sure there will be a class action lawsuit very soon if they...

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

Great, just checked FordPass and mine has the recall. Good thing I downgraded from a 2020 ST. Yuck.

    Sct X4 canned tunes

I was using the canned 91 octane tune and it does make a pretty reasonable difference. I got a 4.67 0-60 on my 2020 with our not so good ethanol-free British Columbian 91 octane, it is posted in the thread with all the dragy times. It had less drivetrain glitches with the tune than it did...

    Forged Green 2022 ST

The gravel driveway is the second driveway, I have a 3 car garage for doing any work on it so no issues there. That driveway is more the type where old folks park their RV, I just use it for more car storage. I had a couple issues with the 2020 and the wife was jittery over it so I basically...

    Forged Green 2022 ST

Nah, I'll save the big bucks for the mustang, LOL. Been here for a couple years, but not super active, just hadn't seen a thread for Forged Green yet.

    Forged Green 2022 ST

Traded my Agate Black 2020 ST for this today: I had my name on a dealer ordered Rapid Red one but it just had black bits in the wrong places. This one came in the next day and I jumped on it.

Explorer deleting second row climate controls

Decided against the Rapid Red and bought a Forged Green one instead. Fit & finish on this one looks better, less loose threads and ill-fitting pieces.

Explorer deleting second row climate controls

I haven't decided whether to pull the trigger on it but it does still have the rear climate control and heated rear seats. Build date is 02/22. It does not have the middle seat floor console , the easy entry middle seats are not electric like the 2020 and a few other small differences like...
