Upgrading the factory door speakers. Has anyone disconnected the center dash speaker ? What all has to be removed to get to the harness plug ?

Dark mode is standard in all the PIU's from the assy plant in Chicago. The interior lights have to be turned on manually. When locking/unlocking, none of the exterior lights will blink. Also kills the puddle lamps on the civilian models.

I have the one that plugs into my laptop. I like the direct, hard wire connection vs bluetooth. Plus who the hell wants to squint looking at a cell phone screen when trying to change binary values in a string of x's and o's. Too easy to screw up IMHO.

Absolutely amazing the difference having a good dealer can make. The ones in the D/Ft Worth area suck to say the least. All they want to do is sell and do regular maintenance. Drivers seat is splitting along the front seam. The right A pillar trim was not installed correctly at the Chicago facility. It has several bent or broken mounting tabs. Plastic trim panel on outside of drivers seat is being replaced for the second time. There is a defect in the plastic that is...
