Welcome to the forum! Any issues that could pop up would be very apparent. Common issues like AWD MODULE (lots of codes), front diff leak, front diff actuator (drivetrain related codes), cat converter crack (smell), flex pipe rattle, and those are really the only major ones.

See that’s what I’m curious about. The stall seems pretty good for the stock unit, wondering if it’s just right.

Curious also to see what the optimal stall speed is. @ZFGracing would know, and RSA would be able to tell you also.

Probably because the Ranger is a single turbo is because it’s so much cheaper, I wish good Intercooler were that cheap for the Explorer.
