They’re good, just not as good as ZFG. You already have the tune, unless you want to go faster and spend the money to get a tune from ZFG, then I’d say stick with Livernois.

Most of the time they’ll rebuild it because it’s cheaper for Ford. My dealer was good and pushed to get a full replacement done on mine.

Oh didn’t read :-) At 11k miles you don’t need to do any of those fluids. At 40k or so is where I’d recommend doing them.
