Rode Hard, Put Away Wet ...

I don’t know how cheap I’d have to get one to be happy.

    Drive Mode and Suspension

I don’t think most people would be cross shopping an Mustang and an Explorer

    Drive Mode and Suspension

Really? I never noticed a difference nor read it changes.

    Drive Mode and Suspension

I’d rather have a good handling suspension setup before the air ride because of weight. Dynamic suspension or even some Magneride would be awesome.

No, it doesn’t change steering either.

Air flow over, under and around at 65

Is the bird bath pool that big of a deal? To me the airflow circling the rear is just a minor inconvenience cleanliness wise, and just the way the rear is designed. Least it’s good looking.

    Replacing Front Rotors and Pads.

Motorcraft is Fords parts brand name.

    Rear Muffler Heat Shields

It shouldn’t cause any problems. Corsa’s system has the muffler in place of where the OE resonator was.

    Take delivery tomorrow morning!

Welcome to the forum! Congrats on the buy. What year are you getting? 2025s aren’t tunable, but the 2020-24 STs can make an C7Z sweat a little from a launch, these are really quick cars. Also, Trust me, you won’t want the Dronemasters exhaust. Thermal and awe are the best ones. No to a K&N...

    Camera recall December 2024

I just had the camera recall done on our 2022. It wasn't just an update for me, they replaced hardware also. With the holiday season here, shipping is going to be a pain, probably where the delay is. I'd ask your dealer what they plan to do.

Air flow over, under and around at 65

Very interesting. It amazes me how much airflow circles around and blows all kind of crap on the rear hatch.

    Powertrain Malfunction / Reduced Power

Define “consumes a lot of fuel.” There are a lot of variables for gas mileage, but I can guarantee you’re going to get a lot less then the 4-cylinder Limited you had. This error seems to be a common problem on the 2025s, Ford has a recall or TSB on it

Time to replace the OEM tires

The PS4 A/S did well in the heavy snow IMO. I do agree they are more performance oriented, if it’s just a grocery getter then Pirelli WeatherActives are a great option. I just love the PS4 A/S. I’ve driven them everywhere from Colorados heavy snow to corner carving on the backroads, and I love them.

    Warranty-Safe Performance Mods

This is exactly my thought process. Ford would be able to attribute anything to whatever problem. So many electronics and crap that it’d be hard to fight them on it. Unless you have a dealer who’s going to fight Ford and show them it didn’t cause the problem, which is extremely rare to find that...

    Rear Muffler Heat Shields

Corsa cat backs have a tendency to drone and have an odd sound IMO. What type of tingy sound? Is it tinny?

Time to replace the OEM tires

First off welcome to the forum. There are quite a few threads about this subject. I’ve heard good things about Pirelli WeatherActives, and you can’t go wrong the Michelin PS4 A/S. Continental also makes a great tire also.

What Brake upgrades are available for stock wheel size?

Offset isn’t what matters, it’s spoke clearance.

Single bolt diff brace, cold weather driveline vibrations

I've heard they increase NVH a lot and don't help at all. Personally, not something I reccomend.
