Highway driving I'll get 23/24 MPG. High of 25 MPG but not often. Short drives it will drop to around 20 MPG.

Mine's pretty much the same. I plan to just keep an eye on it and hook the charger up every so often. When the weather warms up a bit need to figure out a way to run a plug out the front so I don't need to pop the hood to do that.

I know mine is legit. I can pull it up on Ford Pass any time. Just make sure it's a Ford Extended warranty. I'm quite sure Flood Ford is good to as I've seen many posts recommending them.

I haven't had the problem. The first thing I would try is to do a soft reset. Press and hold the power and fast forward buttons at the same time until it turns off. Then release and it will restart. Worth a try as it may work.

If you have an ST it's 12 volt.

I've seen where people have updated modules with Forscan. I have no experience using it so I can't help there. For a TSB you can sure ask your dealer if there are any that apply to your ST. There may be a charge as a TSB is not the same as a recall.
