First thing I would check are the shocks. All ST's have the same suspension. There are different brakes but that does not affect the suspension.

Check with @UNBROKEN . He had found some vents that he was going to install but i did not find where he ever did.

The master reset I'm referring to is in the touch screen. A reset button is under the setting there. You may have done that but I'm not sure.

Did you do a soft reset or master reset?
